Cyber smart reflection

My favourite thing we did this year was being able to use new tools to help me with my work and learning information that can help me in the future and that is useful to know.

Something I didn't enjoy doing was that I always had to blog my work.

Something that Miss Morgan was that she was clear about everything she taught us.

Something she could do better is that she could maybe be more enthusiastic about the topics.

Term 1
1.We made digital posters on "How To Use Your Smarts To Protect Your Chromebook"
2.We learnt about why its important to have a safe password and common passwords that we shouldn't use.
3.We learnt about what keyboard passwords are most effective.
4.We learnt about images that we can use and who owns them.
5.We learnt about information about private and public information.
6.We learnt right place, right time.
7.We did a recap of what we have learnt.
8.We did coding 101, hands on and no devices.

Musical Theatre (my character)

In passion project we have been practising extremely hard on getting our musical, to make our role even more believable we got to come up with a backstory and information about our character.

Name:Alex
Age:20
Backstory:
My character Alex was living a normal life when her parents were on there way to pick her sister and her up from school, when they got in a car accident and sadly didn't make it. Alex and her sister were put in the orphanage for about 6 years until her sister got adopted and they left Alex at the orphanage and she stayed there for another 5 years, until she was 14. At the age of 14 she had enough and ran away, she lived on the streets until she was 18 then someone came and introduced her to the boxing world. She has been boxing ever since.

The Myth Of The Bike Of Mysteries.

The Myth Of The Bike Of Mysteries.
Image result for bike in a tree
Wandering through the Forest Of Mysteries wandering why
its called that? When I came across a tree, but not just a
normal tree it had a bike growing inside of it. I have heard
the stories but I thought they were only myths. The only
story that caught my attention was that, the bike grew in
the tree on its own without help what i thought is maybe
this is all a lie to get people's attention.

What made this mystery so interesting?

Will we ever know?

You can believe what you want, but the story is still a
mystery.

Probaility And Statistics

This week we have been working on how we use probability and statistics to solve a few difficult problems. I found most of the work really hard, but made it in the end with the help of one of the members of my maths group. We got to make a probability scale to help us and let me tell you it was a fun experience because no one knew what to do. With a bit of research we got the work done within a week. I feel like I have made progress in my work.

What Respecting People At HHS Looks Like!

This is what Hayley and I have been working for philosophy.
here is the link to Hayley's blog Hayleys blog

For the past 2 weeks me and Hayley have been working on  a slide to explain about respect.
we had 4 choices of respect to work on, they were, People, places, property and beliefs.
We chose to work on people. We have been doing this in philosophy with Mr Scott.

Sorry this isn't finished yet, keep an eye on my blog for it to know when it is finished.

My Opinion About Animals

I believe that all living animals should live a long and happy life and
not get raised horribly until they are just only adults then get killed
and turned into meat.

I think we should treat all animals fairly and only turn them into meat
when it either can't live much longer, is suffering or is dead.
It is sad seeing animals being treated without respect and have to be
raised knowing that it isn't going to be given the long life it deserves.
As long as animals live and breath they should be treated with the
same respect as we get.

Just remember that this is my opinion of how animals are being
treated and I am not saying that everyone should believe that they
need to be treated the way we do.

Fun At The Circus

Adrenaline

One Friday in march me and my Mum went to the Weber Bros Circus “Adrenaline”.
My Mum hadn’t told me that we were going to the circus, she had only told me that we were going to find
it and see what the prices were. It was a huge surprise when she bought the tickets I was jumping with
joy. I thought that my night couldn’t get any better but it did because the lady had upgraded us to the best
seats but they weren't actually priced as the best they were priced as the second best seats.

There I was standing in line waiting to go into the main tent. It felt like I had to waited there forever, but
then while my mother and I were waiting to enter the main tent my mum left the tent to do something.
While she was gone the line started moving and I just knew that it was time to go in, I started following the
line until I I got to the front of the line. I went to walk in but I was stopped by the man letting everyone in.
After he had stopped me he said that I wasn’t aloud to go in because I wasn’t with an adult, so I stepped
to the side and let everyone go past me. After a few minutes of  waiting I decided to go and find my mum.
I stepped outside and looked around but my mum was nowhere to be found so I headed back into the
tent. After waiting for what felt like forever my mum finally came back and I was able to go into the main
tent and to be shown to our seats.

After waiting for what felt like a million years a lady announced that the show was about to start.
I squealed with excitement and couldn’t stay on my seat. After a few minutes the show started with a lady
walking out in a beautiful skin colored outfit covered with white designs.  She introduced the circus and
welcomed the first performance. The the lights went out and performers came out in bright neon outfits.
It was time for the amazing human cannon to be welcomed onto the circle centre ring. He climbed into the
cannon as it was slowly rose up so it was just above the inflatable land mat and then out of nowhere he
was shoot out of the cannon and was flying through the air. He landed  but didn’t stand up straight away
then out of nowhere the crowd near where he landed started screaming and cheering, then I saw him
walking back up to the circle ring. I sighed with relief.
The last performance of the night was “The Globe Of Death”, it was that they started with 2 motorbikes
doing tricks in a huge globe shaped cage and they would had another but with 3 in the globe of death a
beautiful lady stood right in the center of The Globe Of Death and the motorbikes had to do tricks. Then
they added a fourth, the 4 of the motorbikes were riding around in the globe of death and the globe shaped
cage separated into to parts. The biggest part was the part on top witch had 3 motorbikes and the smaller
part had only on. But then the circus ended and it was time to go home so I skipped over to the car and
we drove on home.
That night I had had the best time of my life and I had so much fun.

100 word challenge 2

100 Word Challenge 2
I saw my eyes flash before me. Wait wrong part of the story.
Let's start from the beginning.I was biking with my family when
I saw something in the distance. I hurried over to the mysterious
object when all of a sudden I was sailing through space until I
crash landed on a strange planet. “I was here but were was my
family? Will I ever see them again?” I was saying until I saw a
little boy dancing in a giant crater in the sky. I know you think
it’s fake. But how did he get up there?

I hope you enjoyed it. If you did let me know and I will turn this into a proper story.
